Who we are

R Social Labs ("we", "us") provides conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO) services for ecommerce brands. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

This website is intentionally minimal. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers, and we do not set cookies.

• Booking a call. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by TidyCal. The details you enter there (name, email, and anything you add to the booking form) are processed by TidyCal under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message.
• Page review. Before a booked call, we review publicly available pages of the store you give us. This involves no access to your customer data.

How we use it

We use the information above only to schedule and hold your call, prepare the page review you asked for, and reply to your messages. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate (such as TidyCal for scheduling and our email provider), or where required by law.

Retention

We keep correspondence and call notes for as long as needed to work together or answer your enquiry, then delete them on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@rahuldbhatia.com and we will respond promptly.
